Richmond, VA (February 8, 2022) — This past November, Virginia Business named River Run Law Attorney Brooke Alexander as one of its Legal Elite for Civil Litigation in 2021.

The Legal Elite list was created in collaboration with the Virginia Bar Association in 2000 to recognize the top attorneys in the state.

Each year, the publication asks more than 14,000 attorneys across Virginia to vote for the best practicing lawyer of their peers in 20 different categories.

These categories range from criminal and civil law to intellectual property and business law. For 2021, there were more than 27,000 votes cast across all categories and around 1,271 lawyers selected for the list.

In addition, only 23.3% of nominees made the list.

Brooke Alexander has been practicing law for over 14 years, beginning her career as a defense attorney for Allstate. This experience gives her unique insights into the tactics used by insurance companies to minimize a claim.

She now uses that knowledge to help personal injury victims pursue compensation. Over the years, Brooke has successfully presented cases in multiple district courts, circuit courts, and the Supreme Court of Virginia.

This isn’t Brooke’s first time being recognized as a top attorney. She made the Super Lawyers® Rising Star list five years in a row from 2015 to 2019.

She also received a top 100 listing for civil plaintiff trial lawyers in 2018 and 2019 from The National Trial Lawyers.

In addition to these recognitions, Brooke is a fellow of The Trial Lawyer Honor Society and the Chair-Elect of the Women’s Caucus for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Congratulations to Brooke and her commitment to providing outstanding service to her clients. To view the full list for the Civil Litigation category, click here.
